Many animals were born in the wrong part of the Country, for example in one part of the Country, few people want this animal and thus it may be put to sleep.  But in other parts there are numerous people who do want that type of aninmal.  The animal rescue community is doing all they can to advertise the animals, coordinate the rescue and then transport the animal to it's new home.  There is a definite need for a National Register to post or find these animals, this system also streamlines the process/paperwork/payment prior to transport, and then the system should make it very easy for the coorindators and transporters to setup and conduct a transport to the final desitnation.  If we can build this National Register and Transport Aid many thousands more animals will be saved.

Gary Buchholz, one of the ARANet founders in a long time IT Professional, IT Project Manager, and Adjunct Professor, his current expertise in to help make this effort a success but he is not a Subject Mater Expert (SME) in the Rescue and Transport area nor does he write code anymore.  Thus to be successful we need SMEs and web application developers.  Since this site is maintained on a Microsoft .NET platform is is preferred we find Senior .NET developers willing to donate their time and learn how to build on this platform.  If you are one of these people, or know of one, please contact Gary Buchholz ( https://www.facebook.com/gary.buchholz ) to help build this application.
